the very first idea i had for this character, back when she was still a garishly colored rat, was that she lived in an absurdly spacious sewer. i think i’m gonna bring that back (aka draw it for the first time ever because back then i didn’t usually do backgrounds and when i did i never could do man-made/inorganic structures).
she’s also infected with Generic Black Tar of Evil(tm) or something because drippyness is fun to draw and frank doesn’t deserve to have the monopoly on “character who nightmarishly horrible things happen to on a regular basis.”
